JOB SUMMARY
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) needed to provide direct patient care in an outpatient family medicine clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the LVN scope of practice in a primary care or family medicine clinic.
- Assess patient needs, administer medications, and provide treatments as directed.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EMR system.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, and all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Dispense medications as ordered.

Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Certifications
- BLS

Experience
- 2-3 years of outpatient clinic or urgent care experience.
- Experience in dispensing medications and providing care within the LVN scope of practice.
- Proficiency in taking care of patients in a primary care or family medicine clinic.
