Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth daily operations while contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with organizational standards
- Assist with office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes as needed
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, demonstrated through an up-to-date resume
- Two recent references from a manager or supervisor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
