  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth daily operations while contributing to a collaborative work environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
    2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with organizational standards
    3. Assist with office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering
    4. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes as needed
    5. Support special projects and departmental initiatives
    6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

    Required Qualifications
    1. Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, demonstrated through an up-to-date resume
    2. Two recent references from a manager or supervisor
    3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Experience working in healthcare or related industries
    2. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Certifications (if any)
    1. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
