Job Summary

Seeking an experienced PCU/IMCU RN for a 28-bed unit caring primarily for cardiac patients. Candidate must have documented PCU experience in their work history.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for cardiac and intermediate-care patients.
• Maintain a 1:3–4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Care for patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain.
• Manage cardiac drips, including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and pressors.
• Provide care for telemetry patients with lower acuity levels as assigned.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience in a similar-sized facility.
• PCU experience must be clearly documented in work history.
• Strong cardiac/telemetry experience required.
• Ability to manage cardiac drips and higher-acuity patients.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU or comparable unit.
  

Certifications

• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required
