  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Certified Radiologic Technician to join our Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab team. This role supports complex cardiovascular procedures including PCI, device implants, ablations, and other interventional cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate has strong scrub experience, familiarity with EPIC-Cupid, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The technician may also be asked to float to Interventional Radiology as needed.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Assist in a variety of procedures including PCI, Impella, balloon pump insertions, device implants, and cardiac ablations.
    2. Scrub for electrophysiology procedures such as device implants, lead revisions, and ablations.
    3. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, primarily Toshiba X-Ray systems.
    4. Ensure accurate imaging for diagnostic and interventional procedures
    5. Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols.
    6. Accurately document procedures using EPIC-Cupid EMR system.
    7. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
    8. Potentially float to Interventional Radiology as needed.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Interventional Cardiology and/or Electrophysiology Lab.
    2. Strong experience with interventional cardiac procedures, PCI, and scrub roles.
    3. Proficient with EPIC (Cupid) charting system.
    4. Experience working in a Cath/EP Lab setting.
    5. Comfortable working with adult patient populations.
    6. Ability to function effectively in a high-acuity environment.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Additional experience in Interventional Radiology is a plus.

    Certifications
    1. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification (required).
    2. Current State Radiologic Technologist License (required).
    3. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (required).
