    Responsibilities:
    • Provide quality care to patients and their families.
    • Assess, plan, and evaluate care for a complex patient population. Respond to a full range of health and illnesses.
    • Adhere to the Board of Registration in Nursing rules and regulations.
    • work with dedicated professionals committed to patient centred excellence.
    • Act as an advocate for patients, families, and significant others.

    • The Telemetry Nurse (RN) provides care and constant monitoring of patients, often in critical condition.
    • The Telemetry Registered Nurse reviews electrical activity of the heart and cares for a variety of patients including those suffering from heart failure, diabetes, GI diseases, and other acute diagnoses.
    Education: 
    Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of state. 
    ADN required; BSN preferred.

    License/Certification: 
    Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
    ACLS & BLS is required.

    Experience: 
    Minimum 2-year RN experience required.
