Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support primary care operations and deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in a primary care setting, strong adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
- Support daily primary care clinic operations.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate patient scheduling, intake, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate approach when interacting with patients and staff.
- Adapt to changing workflows, priorities, and clinical needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Client Health or a Primary Care setting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic EMR/EHR system preferred, but not required.
Certifications
- Relevant Medical Assistant certification preferred, if applicable.
