JOB SUMMARY
Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) sought for per diem opportunities. This role involves providing direct patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or physician.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Required Qualifications
• Valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
