  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Emergency Room (ER) setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals experiencing urgent and emergency medical conditions.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Perform rapid and accurate assessment of patients presenting with acute and emergency conditions.
    2. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing interventions.
    3. Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
    4. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
    5. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
    6. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
    7. Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and emergency protocols.
    8. Assist with triage and patient prioritization during high-volume periods.
    9. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical skills and knowledge.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing or acute care.
    3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
    4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) or other relevant specialty certifications.
    2. Experience with trauma care and advanced emergency procedures.
