JOB SUMMARY Provides diagnostic radiographic services to patients in accordance with the established standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities - Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by physicians. - Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently. - Prepare patients for examinations, ensuring comfort and understanding. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures. - Position patients correctly for optimal imaging. - Utilize C-Arms for various procedures.
Schedule / Shift - Shift: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM - Rotation: Weekends and Holidays
Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 months of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care setting.
Certifications - BLS - ARRT (R)
Experience - Acute care setting experience. - Trauma XR experience is preferred.
Skills - Proficient in performing diagnostic radiographic procedures. - Experience with GE x-ray equipment, GE digital portables, OEC C-Arms, G-Arm and O-Arms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, positive, and outgoing.
