Key Responsibilities - Perform diagnostic radiology procedures as prescribed by physicians. - Position patients and equipment accurately for optimal image acquisition. - Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring quality control and safety standards are met. - Prepare imaging rooms and supplies for patient examinations. - Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications - Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. - Valid state-specific license in Radiologic Technology. - Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Technologist in Diagnostic Radiology.
Skills - Proficiency in operating various radiology equipment and modalities. - Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. - Excellent patient care and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
EMR / Systems - Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Floating / On-Call - May be required to float to other related departments as needed. - On-call responsibilities may be assigned.
