    JOB SUMMARY
    Responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, specifically focusing on maternal-fetal and obstetrical imaging.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Perform ultrasound examinations to assess maternal and fetal health.
    - Obtain high-quality diagnostic images of the female reproductive system and fetus.
    - Document patient medical history and relevant information.
    - Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
    - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

    Schedule / Shift
    - 4x10s, Monday-Friday.
    - Potential for a rotating weekday off based on unit staffing needs.
    - Includes 2-4 weeks of unit orientation.

    Required Qualifications
    - Maternal Fetal and OB Ultrasound Experience.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience
    - Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Maternal Fetal and OB ultrasound.
    - First-time travelers are accepted.

    Certifications
    - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
    - ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) OB/GYN certification.

    Skills
    - Proficient in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures for obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine.
    - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to OB/GYN ultrasound.
    - Ability to interpret ultrasound images and recognize normal and abnormal findings.

    EMR / Systems
    - Experience with electronic charting systems is expected.

    Patient Population
    - Pregnant patients and fetuses.

    Unit / Specialty
    - Maternal Fetal Medicine / Obstetrics

    Floating / On-Call
    - No Floating.
    - No Weekends or Holidays.
    - No Call Requirements.
