The Healthcare Associate III plays a vital role in supporting clinic operations by assisting with patient scheduling, data collection, and administrative care coordination in a community health setting.
This position helps facilitate healthcare access, supports clinical teams, and enhances patient care routines to ensure efficient clinic workflow and improved patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including patient appointment scheduling, data entry, and records management
Assist healthcare providers with clinical coordination to ensure smooth clinic operations
Support outreach initiatives as needed
Experience with medical records.
Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff to improve access and care quality
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and procedures
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other clinic activities as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years
