  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered therapy services to help individuals develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans that promote independence and enhance quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs through evaluations and observations.
    2. Develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and daily living skills.
    3. Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
    4. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress.
    5. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
    6. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    2. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
    5. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in hospital, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings.
    2. Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
    3. Specialized training in pediatric, geriatric, or neurological rehabilitation.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification preferred.
    2. CPR/BLS certification.
