  • Job Summary
    Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient care within a hospital setting for individuals with a wide range of medical conditions, from simple to complex. 
    The RN collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients.
    • Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed treatments.
    • Monitor physiological data and intervene as clinically required.
    • Administer medications and blood products according to medical orders.
    • Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions.
    • Assist physicians during examinations and minor diagnostic procedures.
    • Communicate care plans clearly with patients and their families.
    • Provide information regarding hospital procedures and discharge planning.
    • Make appropriate referrals to relevant clinical personnel based on patient needs.
    • Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff.

    Required Qualifications
    • Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
    • Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
    • Minimum of 1+ year of nursing experience.
    • Med Surg / Step Down experience required.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    • ICU experience.

    Certifications
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
