Job Description:

  • JOB SUMMARY
    Provide speech-language pathology services to students to support their communication and academic needs.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
    - Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and intervention plans.
    - Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate student progress.
    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and IEPs.
    - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
    - Provide consultation and support to school staff and families.

    Schedule / Shift
    Full-time position for the 2026/2027 school year.

    Required Qualifications
    - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    - State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

    Experience
    - Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting is preferred.

    - Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - Knowledge of special education law and IEP processes.
