Job Summary
The Healthcare Associate I supports clinic operations by assisting with patient scheduling, data collection, and administrative care coordination in a community health setting. This role facilitates healthcare access, supports clinical teams, and enhances patient care routines to ensure smooth clinic workflow and improved patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with patient appointments, data entry, and records management.
- Clinical Coordination: Support healthcare providers, ensure efficient clinic operations, and assist with outreach initiatives as needed.
- Patient Engagement: Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff to improve access and care quality.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other clinic activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
