  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammographer to join our diagnostic imaging team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality mammographic examinations, ensure patient comfort and safety, and contribute to early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols.
    2. Position patients correctly and operate imaging equipment to obtain optimal images.
    3. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
    4. Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging procedures.
    5. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to support timely and accurate diagnoses.
    6. Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines.
    7. Provide patient education regarding procedures and follow-up care.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Associate Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology.
    2. Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
    3. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    4. Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience specifically in mammography.
    2. Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
    3. Experience working in a hospital or outpatient imaging center.

    Certificatiaons (if any)
    1. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography required.
    2. ARRT certification in Mammography strongly preferred.
    3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
