JOB SUMMARY The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist II is a vital member of the patient care team, dedicated to ensuring the continuity of care for patients within the department. This role emphasizes a patient/family-focused approach in all interactions and strives to meet customer needs by collaborating effectively with other care team members.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with other care team members to ensure continuity of patient care. - Promote a philosophy of patient/family-focused care in all interactions. - Understand and meet customer needs within the healthcare setting.
Schedule / Shift - (3) 12-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts per week. - Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call is possible during the contract. - No weekend or holiday worked shifts are expected. - During a 13-week contract, expect 1-3 weeknights of call (total) and possibly 1 weekend of call (not guaranteed).
Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist. - 1+ years of traveler experience.
Certifications - ARRT - RCIS
Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist. - Minimum 1 year of travel experience.
Skills - Patient care coordination. - Communication and collaboration. - Understanding and meeting patient and family needs.
Unit / Specialty - Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Floating / On-Call - Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call rotation is expected.
