JOB SUMMARY
Provide physical therapy services to patients to help them reduce pain, improve mobility, restore function, and prevent disability. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on managing their conditions and maintaining healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
• Examine patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
• Educate patients on preventing or managing their condition for long-term health benefits.
• Develop fitness and wellness-oriented programs to promote healthier and more active lifestyles.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Schedule / Shift
• Monday - Thursday: 8a - 5p
• Friday: 8a - 1p
• Weekend shifts are required.

Required Qualifications
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• AZ License required.

Experience
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is required.

Skills
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating a diverse patient population.
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and best practices.

• General outpatient population.

Unit / Specialty
• Outpatient Physical Therapy

Floating / On-Call
• Seeing approximately 9-11 patients per day.
• Weekend shifts required.
