  • Job Summary
    1. Seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care
    2. Responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering treatment, and communicating with medical teams and families
    3. Requires ability to respond effectively to emergencies and adapt care plans as needed
    4. Must ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Evaluate and monitor patient progress and response to treatments
    2. Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s condition and take appropriate action
    3. Communicate regularly with doctors, patients, and family members regarding patient status
    4. Begin treatment and administer medications, monitoring dosages carefully
    5. Respond to medical emergencies and alert appropriate healthcare providers when necessary
    6. Complete required documentation prior to patient transfers
    7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
    8. Develop and implement individualized, effective care plans based on patient needs

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    2. Minimum 2 years of RN experience
    3. COVID-19 vaccination required
    4. Proficiency in using Epic electronic medical record system
    5. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
    6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience in acute or critical care settings
    Certifications
    1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
