  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The LNA will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a safe and comfortable healthcare environment while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
    • Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, and other patient observations.
    • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
    • Assist with patient mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation using appropriate safety techniques.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
    • Support nurses with treatments, specimen collection, and other delegated clinical tasks within scope of practice.
    • Ensure patient rooms and care areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Follow infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures.
    • Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity, comfort, and privacy.
    • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

    Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Completion of a state-approved Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Nursing Assistant training program.
    • Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in the applicable state.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control practices.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, or outpatient healthcare setting.
    • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
    • Bilingual communication skills.
    • Experience caring for geriatric or medically complex patients.

    Certifications
    • Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
