Seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in the Therapy unit at Valley Regional Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment effectively.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Schedule / Shift
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications
- Texas Physical Therapy License
- Acute care experience

Preferred Qualifications
- NICU experience
- Outpatient experience

Certifications
- Texas Physical Therapy License
