JOB SUMMARY
This role requires a qualified Registered Nurse with recent, full-time equivalent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting. The position is for a highly skilled professional who can provide advanced care and support within a neonatal setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients.
• Administer specialized nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Certifications
• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
• Basic Life Support
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
• Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care (within last ten (10) years) preferred.
