Job Summary:
• Provide clinical support in an Internal Medicine outpatient setting
• Deliver patient care through assessment, triage, coordination, and procedure assistance
• Support daily operations while ensuring adherence to patient safety and documentation standards
• Work weekday shifts with no weekend or on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient triage and clinical assessments
• Document patient information and care in Epic EMR system
• Coordinate care with providers and support staff
• Administer immunizations and vaccinations
• Assist with outpatient procedures and testing
• Facilitate and schedule outpatient tests
• Provide education and support to patients regarding care plans
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety procedures

Required Qualifications:
• Strong triage experience in a clinical setting
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Ability to assist with outpatient procedures and testing
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must have a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Certifications:
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Additional Details:
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• No weekends or on-call required
