Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Pediatric RN to care for medical-surgical and hematology/oncology patients ages 0-17. Candidates must be comfortable administering chemotherapy and caring for pediatric patients in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for pediatric Med/Surg and Hematology/Oncology patients
• Administer chemotherapy treatments
• Monitor and assess pediatric patients throughout treatment
• Float to PICU and NICU as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Chemotherapy administration experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with 2+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• IV Start experience
• Lab Draw experience
• Chemo certification preferred

Certifications

• BLS
• PALS

Assignment Details

• 20+ Week Contract (through February 27, 2027)
• 12-Hour Days (06:45 - 19:15)
• 36 Hours/Week
• Patient Ratio: 1:5-6
• No Call
• Float to PICU and NICU required
• Every Other Weekend Required
