  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. You will be responsible for rapid assessment, treatment, and stabilization of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Triage and assess patients upon arrival in the emergency department.
    2. Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures as ordered.
    3. Monitor vital signs and continuously evaluate patient conditions.
    4. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
    5. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
    6. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during crisis situations.
    7. Respond promptly and effectively to life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrests and trauma cases.
    8. Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout patient care.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
    2. Associate degree in Nursing (ADN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
    3. Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department or acute care setting.
    4. Proficiency in emergency care procedures and protocols.
    5. Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills.
    6. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. 2+ years of experience in an emergency or trauma setting.
    2. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
    3. Bilingual communication skills.

    Certifications
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required
    3. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Preferred
    4. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) – Preferred
