  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care to individuals recovering from complex cardiovascular procedures and critical conditions, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Deliver direct patient care in the CVICU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
    2. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
    3. Operate and manage advanced medical equipment used in cardiovascular care
    4. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and ongoing care needs
    5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes
    6. Uphold infection control and safety standards in all aspects of patient care

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
    2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care or cardiovascular nursing
    3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
    4. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in a CVICU or cardiac care setting
    2. Advanced knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular interventions

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required)
    3. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification (preferred)
