plaintext JOB SUMMARY Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. The Physical Therapist will also be responsible for educating patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs.
Key Responsibilities • Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses. • Implement treatment plans to improve patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function. • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy • Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license for Colorado • At least two years of Physical Therapist experience
Preferred Qualifications • 3-5 years of Physical Therapist experience
Certifications • BLS through the American Heart Association
Experience • Minimum two years of direct patient care experience as a Physical Therapist. • Experience in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
