Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill individuals, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical standards. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state/region].
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
