Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill newborns in a Level 3 NICU environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver specialized nursing care to infants in a Level 3 NICU.
2. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
3. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
4. Provide support during deliveries when required.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
1. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
2. Availability to work up to 36 hours per week, including weekends.
3. Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
4. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
1. Prior experience attending deliveries.

1. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
2. BLS (Basic Life Support).
