Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to provide perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented professional with strong initiative, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to support a wide range of procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative patient care.
• Circulate and assist during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Support workflow to ensure efficient OR operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN Operating Room experience.
• Experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, and GYN procedures.
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ENT experience.
• Vascular surgery experience (non-cardiac).
• Pediatric surgery experience.
• BSN preferred.

• Open, Laparoscopic, and Robotic General Surgery (Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Bariatric Procedures)
• Robotic Orthopedic Procedures
• Total Knee and Total Hip Replacements
• Trauma Orthopedic Procedures
• Laparoscopic and Robotic Hysterectomies
• Tubal Ligations
• Emergent Surgical Interventions
