JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Medical Surgical unit. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the charge nurse or physician.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Schedule / Shift
Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Floating and Call Required.

Required Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- IV certification.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an LPN/LVN.
