    We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) specializing in Telemetry for a 13-week contract assignment in a dynamic Medical Float Pool setting. The RN will be expected to provide high-quality care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and other telemetry services across various units as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and initiate appropriate interventions when necessary.
    • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in compliance with nursing standards and protocols.
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
    • Accurately document patient care activities and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
    • Float between different units within the facility based on staffing needs and RN's competencies.
    • Provide compassionate and responsive care while maintaining patient safety and dignity.
    • Educate patients and families on disease management, procedures, and post-discharge care.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
    • Minimum 1 years of recent experience in Telemetry nursing.
    • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required).
    • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
    • Previous experience floating between units preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    Shift Details:
    Specific shift schedules to be discussed during the interview process. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be required.
