JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for an Inpatient Rehabilitation position.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.

Schedule / Shift
- Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Every other Friday and Saturday.
- Hours are subject to change based on facility needs.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Physical Therapist (PT) license.

Experience
- Previous experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is required.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

EMR / Systems
- Epic charting experience.

Patient Population
- Adult and geriatric patients undergoing rehabilitation.

Unit / Specialty
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.

Floating / On-Call
- Will float between units: No
- On-call required: No

Experience
- Required patient ratios: 1:6

Schedule / Shift
- Weekends required: Yes, Every other Saturday.
- Block schedules required: No
