  • Job Summary
    We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. The OT will assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities and design personalized treatment plans to promote independence and enhance quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Evaluate patients’ abilities, needs, and goals through assessments and observations.
    2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
    3. Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to improve patients’ functional abilities.
    4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to coordinate care.
    5. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
    6. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, equipment use, and strategies for daily living.
    7. Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards.
    8. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
    2. Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
    3. Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and interventions
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience working with pediatric, geriatric, or neurological populations
    2. Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques or adaptive equipment
    3. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Certifications
    1. Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) credential (required)
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
