Job Summary
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides critical care to patients in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
This role requires rapid assessment, triage, and intervention for patients with acute and life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency nursing care across various healthcare settings, adapting quickly to facility protocols.
- Perform triage, rapid assessments, and emergency interventions for patients with acute and critical conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving treatments in high-pressure ER environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and adherence to facility standards.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (state-specific requirements may apply).
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience.

- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
