  • Job Summary
    The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides critical care to patients in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. 
    This role requires rapid assessment, triage, and intervention for patients with acute and life-threatening conditions. 
    The ideal candidate demonstrates adaptability, clinical expertise, and strong collaboration skills across diverse healthcare settings.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver emergency nursing care across various healthcare settings, adapting quickly to facility protocols.
    • Perform triage, rapid assessments, and emergency interventions for patients with acute and critical conditions.
    • Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving treatments in high-pressure ER environments.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and adherence to facility standards.
    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.

    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license (state-specific requirements may apply).
    • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience.

    Certifications
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
    • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
