Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Rehab RN to provide patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on mobility, recovery, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and medication administration.
• Assist with transfer training and rehabilitation care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery goals.

Required Qualifications

• Transfer training experience.
• EMR proficiency.
• Active RN License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Rehabilitation nursing experience.
• Rehab scoring/documentation experience.

Certifications

• BLS
• RN Licensure

Unit Procedures

• Patient transfers
• Bladder scans
• Dressing changes
• Medication administration

Floating Requirements

May float to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Renal, Urology, Orthopedic, and Overflow Units across Bay Area and DRMC hospitals (ICU excluded).
