Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services to patients across Chester and Montgomery County.
    The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience (preferred), but strong candidates with less experience will be considered.
    This role involves seeing 4-6 patients per day in their homes.
    No mileage reimbursement is provided.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide therapy services for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
    • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
    • Travel between patient homes within Malvern, Chester Springs, Exton, and surrounding areas.

    Requirements:
    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
    • Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
    • CPR certification
    • 2+ years of experience preferred (will consider less experience)
    • Home health experience is a plus but not required
    • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

    Schedule & Compensation:
    • Start Date: July (covering an expected leave)
    • Patients per day: 4-6
