JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Echocardiography to join our team. The Echo Technologist will perform diagnostic cardiovascular ultrasound examinations on patients, assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform adult echocardiograms, including transthoracic (TTE) and transesophageal (TEE) echocardiograms.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Accurately record patient history and clinical information relevant to the examination.
- Analyze sonographic images and make preliminary measurements and calculations.
- Prepare and present findings to the interpreting physician.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing adult echocardiograms.

Certifications
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills
- Proficient in performing TTE and TEE examinations.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Skilled in image acquisition, manipulation, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
