Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Flu Clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with clinical standards and organizational policies. This position requires strong communication skills, a supportive attitude, and a collaborative approach to delivering flu vaccination services and general patient care.
Key Responsibilities

- Prioritize and delegate tasks appropriately to ensure timely completion of patient care responsibilities.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, organizational policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice.
Nursing Process Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care within the RN scope of practice, considering the age-specific needs of each patient.
- Report unusual findings to supervising Registered Nurse and contribute recommendations for updates to the patient care plan.
- Follow hospital standards and customize care based on the developmental and age-related needs of the population served.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient or clinic settings, especially with vaccination programs.
- Prior experience in a Flu Clinic or similar public health setting.
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Additional certifications relevant to public health or immunization (preferred)
