    The Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Care is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a residential setting. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient care and maintain accurate health records.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports for each patient.
    • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and adverse reactions.
    • Prescribe and manage assistive medical devices and related treatments.
    • Record patient vital signs and other relevant medical information.
    • Order and interpret medical diagnostic and clinical tests as needed.
    • Monitor, report, and document symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
    • Administer non-intravenous medications as prescribed.
    • Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate patient nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
    • Modify patient health treatment plans based on conditions and responses.
    Job Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
    • Vaccination Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination with 2 shots and booster.
    License/Certification:
    • BLS certification required.
