  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Medicine Pediatrics team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across pediatric and adult medicine units, ensuring safe and effective treatment while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
    2. Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and manage medical equipment.
    3. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    4. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and ongoing health management.
    5. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
    6. Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
    7. Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and hospital quality standards.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    2. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    3. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in pediatric or medicine units.
    2. Advanced training in pediatric care or critical care nursing.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
    3. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
