Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Medicine Pediatrics team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across pediatric and adult medicine units, ensuring safe and effective treatment while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and manage medical equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and ongoing health management.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and hospital quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Prior experience in pediatric or medicine units.
- Advanced training in pediatric care or critical care nursing.
Certifications (if any)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
