  • JOB SUMMARY
    The Radiologic Technologist in the Diagnostic Imaging department at Samaritan Health Services is responsible for performing imaging procedures in Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Radiology using state-of-the-art technology. This role supports healthcare teams by providing accurate diagnostic imaging to facilitate timely and effective patient care.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology settings.
    • Operate imaging equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.
    • Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
    • Adhere to departmental protocols and regulatory standards.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical personnel.
    Required Qualifications
    • Current ARRT RT(R) credential.
    • Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology.
    • Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
    Preferred Qualifications
    One (1) year of experience or training in a Cath Lab/Angio hospital setting.

    Certifications
    • ARRT RT(R).
    • Oregon Radiologic Technologist License.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association.
