JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist for a General/Vascular Operating Room setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile operating room environment.
- Select, assemble, and pass surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgeon.
- Assist the surgeon during operative procedures by anticipating needs and responding appropriately.
- Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments.
- Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping.
- Facilitate communication between the surgical team members.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Certifications
- BLS certification required.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent surgical technologist experience.
- Experience in General and Vascular surgery required.

Skills
- Proficient in aseptic technique.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
