  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Internal Medicine practice in Dedham. The ideal candidate will have experience with phone triage and vaccine administration, providing excellent patient care and clinical support in an outpatient setting. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Perform phone triage, assessing patient symptoms and providing appropriate guidance or referrals.
    2. Administer vaccines according to established protocols and document administration accurately.
    3. Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical procedures as needed.
    4. Provide patient education on health maintenance, treatment plans, and medication instructions.
    5. Coordinate patient care with physicians, specialists, and other clinical staff.
    6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
    7. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
    8. Support clinic operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
    2. Experience in phone triage
    3. Experience with vaccine administration
    4. Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
    5. Ability to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Previous experience in an internal medicine or outpatient setting
    2. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Certifications
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
    2. Other relevant certifications as applicable
