JOB TITLE: TRAVEL- PT- REHAB
JOB SUMMARY:
Seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation role to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and communicate findings to referring physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and procedures.

Schedule / Shift:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.

Experience:
- Previous experience in rehabilitation therapy.

Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
