JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide contract services for a 13-week assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent disability.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule / Shift
Thursday - Sunday
7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Unit / Specialty
Therapy

Floating / On-Call
- May be required to float to other areas as needed.
