    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Nurse to join our surgical team. This critical role involves providing exceptional perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures.
    • Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals during operations.
    • Monitor patient status and vital signs before, during, and after procedures to ensure optimal care.
    • Maintain a sterile surgical environment and uphold hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety.
    • Accurately document patient care in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
    • Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
    • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures related to patient care, safety, and compliance.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) State License.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
    • Minimum of 2 years of CVOR nursing experience.
    • Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing principles and best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with cardiovascular surgical procedures.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in advanced cardiovascular procedures.
    • Certification in Cardiovascular Nursing (CV-BC) or related specialization.

    Certifications:
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
