  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws and related specimen collection procedures, with a particular focus on working with infants and toddlers.
    Tue thru Sat 9am to 530pm

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages, including infants and toddlers.
    2. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens.
    3. Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures.
    4. Follow established protocols for infection control and patient confidentiality.
    5. Collaborate with healthcare providers to support diagnostic and treatment processes.

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
    3. Proven experience drawing blood from infants and toddlers.
    4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    5. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience working in a pediatric or family healthcare setting.
    2. Knowledge of pediatric-specific phlebotomy techniques.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification preferred.
