  • Job Title: Licensed Practice Nurse

    Job Summary
    Looking for an experienced Travel LPN (1-2 years) in LTC, SNF, Home Health, or Ambulatory Care, with a focus on elderly patient care.



    Key Responsibilities
    Provide nursing care and monitor elderly patients.
    Administer medications and treatments.
    Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients/families.



    Required Qualifications
    1-2 years of LPN experience in LTC, SNF, Home Health, or Ambulatory Care.
    Active LPN License in Vermont.



    Preferred Qualifications
    Experience with elderly patients.
    Travel LPN experience (T-RN/T-LPN acceptable).



    Certifications
    Active BLS – AHA.
